John D. Skiff, founder and Advanced Capture Consultant
John has been rescuing troubled software projects since the early 1990s: first in CRM, point-of-sale, and custom development, and for more than 20 years in document capture, including years as an engineer at Kofax. He founded Skiff & Associates Consulting in 2017 and does the hands-on capture work himself.
